U13's were unlucky to lose to a Gist side who never looked like they were 5 places above us in the league!
Excellent performances from Luke W, Josh, Ed Sykes and Ed Holmes, but everyone had a good game. Try to push further forward when attacking - a number of times we played a long ball forward and there was no-one on the end of the ball.
Nantwich Town next week! Yay...;-)

From Steve Williams u13 rep . It was the first time I have been able to see you play this season. I was very encouraged by your effort , and if it hadnt been for one excellent player their number 10,you might have got a draw or even a win.You all fight for the ball , strong tackles and win headers , defend well. What we need to concentrate on in training is :- Ball control,First touch,Accurate passing.Covering your defenders when attacked,and are attacking play. We can work on this tonight , and have a match against 14s, see you tonight Steve.
